At Firebrick Studio, we are dedicated to building innovative, beautiful mobile applications. This Privacy Policy details how we handle information specifically in IntelliEat - Nutrients Tracker.

1. Commitment to Health Data Privacy & Local Storage

Dietary habits, caloric intake, micro/macro logs, and health symptoms are highly sensitive personal logs. IntelliEat is designed to protect your data with an offline-first paradigm:

  • No Server Uploads of Diet Logs: Your daily meal logs, macro tracking sheets, deficiency battery levels, kitchen pantry inventory, and logged symptoms are saved strictly on your local device.
  • No User Account Profiling: You do not need to register, log in, or provide email identifiers to count macros, keep food diaries, or view nutrition recommendations in IntelliEat.

2. Food Search & Third-Party APIs

To enable our Smart Food Search feature with an extensive nutritional database of food profiles:

  • Food Lookup Service: Searches are processed anonymously. Search requests query nutritional indexes without containing details that map requests back to you.
  • Crash Analytics: Technical crash metrics (stack traces) are uploaded anonymously to diagnose app bugs and issue patches. No food lists, symptoms, or user metrics are transmitted.
  • AdMob Advertising: Monetization is supported by non-personalized or personalized ads via Google AdMob. Device IDs and cookies may be used by the ad platform.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Because your health analytics are stored locally:

  • You have 100% ownership and control over your files at all times.
  • To delete all your diet logs, symptom history, and pantry items, clear the app data cache in your Android system settings, or uninstall the app.
